The Italian term Ulivo, meaning "olive tree," is the source of the name of the Uliv Apart Hotel. Our inspiration for this project came from the olive trees that grow patiently, gracefully, and deeply throughout Ayvalık. Like them, we aimed to design a home that is grounded, uncomplicated in look, and rich in spirit.

There are 40 units in our hotel, 21 of which have three rooms and 19 of which have one room. Our apartments, which are specifically designed for families and groups of friends, give each person their own private area while allowing them to still enjoy the happiness that comes from being together.

At Uliv Apart Hotel, we give a pleasant environment in addition to a place to sleep. You can relax with a massage or spa treatment, or you can cool off in our outdoor pool. After meeting at our restaurant, where the aroma of delectable Italian pizza fills the air, you may finish your day by walking a short distance to the local Blue Flag beach.
